Who we are and what we collect

Last updated: October 24, 2026

This policy explains how Nxora Inc. ("Nxora", "we") collects, uses and protects personal information through www.nxora.ca. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and your message. When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the time you choose. When you browse the site, and only if you accept analytics cookies, we collect the pages you visit, your device and browser, and your approximate location through Google Analytics.

We use this information to reply to you, to arrange and deliver the services you ask about, and to improve the site. We do not sell it, and we do not ask for payment details or government ID through this website.

Consent, sharing and cookies

By submitting a form or booking a call, you agree that we may use your details to respond to you. We will not send you marketing emails unless you separately opt in, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@nxora.ca.

We use trusted providers to run the site and our services: Wix (website, forms and bookings), Google (Google Analytics and Google Meet), Zoom (video calls) and Usercentrics (cookie consent). These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

The site uses cookies to work properly and, with your consent, to measure visits. You can accept or decline analytics cookies in the cookie banner and change your choice at any time.

Retention, security and your rights

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we need them to respond and deliver services, and then for up to 2 years for our records. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.

We use the security built into our providers' platforms and limit access to people who need it.

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at www.priv.gc.ca.
